Board Of Directors

A nine-member board of directors governs Boone Electric.

These nine are fellow members of Boone Electric Cooperative and are elected by the membership at the Annual Meeting of Members. The directors serve terms of three years each. Their regular board meeting is on the third Wednesday of each month, where they meet to discuss financial issues, policies and other issues facing the cooperative.
